Seok-yong is a leader of Cloud Native Cell at Kakao corp.

He developed an OpenStack-based cloud platform, and based on his experience, he released the OpenStack Horizon AWS plug-in for hybrid clouds as an open source in the 2017 OpenStack Korea community.

With the advent of container technology, he developed a container platform based on Apache Mesos, and is currently developing and maintaining a private Kubernetes as a Service that runs on OpenStack-based IaaS.
