Avishay Traeger is a Senior Principal Software Engineer @Red Hat, working on vertical markets and edge projects such as the OpenShift Assisted Installer and its associated Cluster API provider. Previously, he received his doctorate in Computer Science which focused on performance analysis, file and storage systems, and virtualization. At IBM Research he worked on projects such as OpenStack Cinder (core team member) and compression estimation. At Stratoscale he architected an on-prem AWS-compatible cloud.
